Exhibitor Resources

Exhibitor Service Center: Use your company ID and password to log into the Exhibitor Service Center where you will need to do the following:

  • Verify and edit your booth profile information and product categories. The information you enter will be displayed on the interactive floor plan available to the public.
  • Familiarize yourself with the information in the Exhibitor Service Center as it will help guide you through the exhibiting process.

Exhibitor Marketing Opportunities: Once you are a confirmed exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to have your name appear prominently on selected items and events—from attendee rest area benches to busses to a cooking station. Marketing opportunities are limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Click on the Marketing Opportunities button above to see what is available.

Exhibitor Target Plan: This color-coded floor plan will be available in time for the upcoming Mid-Am. It indicates each exhibitor's scheduled move-in date and time. Use the plus sign at the top of the pdf to zoom in for easy viewing.

Exhibitor Manual: The Mid-Am Exhibitor Manual will be available this fall and has the answer to almost any question you may have about the Mid-Am Trade Show, including service order forms, deadlines, and more. When the time comes, you will need the username and password sent to you by GES. If ever you need this information resent to you, please contact GES customer service at 800/475-2098.

Exhibitor Newsletters: Starting in October, stay in touch with this informal newsletter used as a means of passing along tips and reminders about the upcoming Mid-Am. Each newsletter will contain critical show updates, rule changes, and deadline reminders.
